THEMED EVENTS

We bring everything required to sell merch at your event! We’re based in Asheville, NC so we’re somewhat limited to the southeast area. But it depends on the event details and the arrangements, we would consider traveling farther if it’s the right fit!

WE TRAVEL TO YOU

Themes are a great reason to have live screen printers. The designs we create need to have selling power and a good theme is the perfect starting point!

  • Great for larger events or private corporate parties. Live screen printing is an excellent way to offer event merchandise without the upfront costs or risks of unsold inventory. We provide up to four designs, bring high-quality blank garments, and handle all customer interactions and payments. We print each shirt to order on-site, ensuring no leftover stock.

We have experience at various events, including brewery events, corporate parties, music festivals, and food competitions.

There are many ways to handle the logistics on the back end so we prefer to set up a call and discuss the details of your specific event so we can tailor it to your needs.

  • You hire us for next to nothing and we show up to print shirts with your logo at your event. We can create up to 4 unique design options for your guests to choose from. We handle all aspects of customer service/payments so it’s a truly hands off experience for you.

  • Maybe! Live printing is reserved for larger scale events simply because of the vast amount of work and effort that goes into prepping everything from loading/traveling, set-up/breakdown, etc. Our typical live printing day lasts around 15 hours straight from start to finish.

Live printing works best for everyone involved when there are at least 750-1,000+ attendees. Otherwise the break even point is difficult to achieve.

  • Good question! We focus primarily on t-shirts. Other items can require different types of set up processes and can get logistically confusing not only for us but for the customers trying to make selections.

We like to keep things streamlined and simple for customers. This is something we have refined more and more over the 10+ years we have been offering this service.

However, we can make arrangements to pre print other types of items to have available to sell at the event. We have offered posters, hats, and stickers in the past. The only catch with this is that those items must be paid for like a typical wholesale order. So there is a risk of over or underestimating how many of those items to buy ahead of time.

  • It depends on the size of the event but we can handle most events with two 10’x10’ event tents. So a 20’x10’ space is needed with easy access to a dedicated electrical outlet. Our mini conveyor dryers pulls a decent amount of power. So if other things are plugged into the same circuit there’s a chance the breaker will trip and disrupt out ability to print.

  • This is probably the only potential downside from the event organizers perspective. When you hire us, we are taking on all the risk, handling logistics, paying for labor, travel expenses and putting lots of time into prepping everything for the event. For those reasons, we keep the sales that we earn.

However, if a nonprofit is involved or it is a benefit event, we are always more than happy to donate a portion of profits to that organization!

It’s better to think of all the upsides to live printing. The chances of getting stuck with lots of leftover shirts is pretty high when you pre buy them in bulk. Our print to order method ensures that does not happen. So while you may not turn a profit on merch, you certainly won’t be losing money. You’ll be getting free advertising from all of the shirts we sell plus we can offer multiple design options that would be quite difficult to offer with a normal wholesale order.
